About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales execution for marquee enterprise accounts
- Manage and mentor 3-6 enterprise AEs
- Drive complex enterprise deals and navigate C-level relationships
- Build land-and-expand strategies across multiple business units
- Partner with GSIs, hyperscalers, and industry ISVs
- Leverage AI agents for lead intelligence and ABM targeting
Requirements
- 7-10 years in B2B enterprise sales
- 2-4 years in a leadership or player-coach role
- Proven success closing $500K-$5M+ TCV enterprise deals
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and value-based selling
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, data infrastructure, or high-complexity SaaS to regulated industries
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or Challenger Sale methodologies
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms or advanced analytics
