About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of EOR partners as main point of contact across regions
- Define, track and report partner KPIs and SLA adherence
- Own escalations from logging through root cause to resolution
- Oversee partner contracts, pricing terms and renewals
- Build playbooks, trackers and reporting for partnership management
- Contribute to country guides, partner FAQs and process documentation
Requirements
- 4-6 years in vendor or partner management, account management or operations
- Solid understanding of EOR models and in-country partners
- Track record managing external partners against SLAs
- Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
- Highly organised in a remote setup
- Strong written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup or high-growth experience, especially in EOR
- Experience leading or building a small team
