About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Contact potential clients to understand business requirements
- Explain ERP solutions, features, and benefits to prospective customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth customer onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or Computer Applications
- Good proficiency in English
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales and business development
- Knowledge of ERP or software products
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management
