About the role
Responsibilities
- Visit customers and relevant authorities for regulatory updates and maintain business relationships
- Oversee daily processes and transactions in coordination with the escrow Operations unit
- Handle and personalize service to escrow-related customers and authorities
- Manage escrow client complaints within agreed timeframes
- Act as a coordinator and escalation point for authorities and clients
- Coordinate and educate customers regarding escrow-related payments
- Maintain monthly MIS and audit-related reports for incoming and outgoing transactions
- Submit mandatory monthly and quarterly reports to regulatory authorities
- Assist in the coordination and support of audits and examinations
- Identify process or system issues and work with support teams for improvements
- Review escrow account opening documentation and maintenance requests to ensure compliance with policy
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Sharia, and Operations departments
- Handle escrow agreements including review, approvals, and sign-off for new projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a relevant subject
- Professional or technical qualifications/diplomas in related subjects
- Sound experience in Escrow rules and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
