About the role
Responsibilities
- Interface with customers to understand needs in collaboration with Customer Success
- Own end-to-end customer onboardings, including environment and metric creation
- Deliver ESG advisory services and present executive-ready outputs
- Share ESG knowledge internally via training and best-practice guidance
- Contribute to the testing and deployment of platform functionalities
- Translate customer needs into product requirements to improve workflows
- Adhere to security controls and report risks or incidents affecting customer data
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or related fields
- 3+ years' experience in Sustainability, ESG Reporting, Sustainable Finance, or Consulting
- Domain knowledge of materiality, core ESG KPIs, GHG basics (Scopes 1–3), and frameworks like CSRD, ISSB, GRI, and CDP
- Proficiency in Google Suite and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to distill large amounts of information into shareable insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Arabic
- SASB Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential
- Knowledge in investor relations, risk management, or internal audit
