About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of media plans, including the scheduling and placement of ads across various channels
- Coordinate with media vendors and ensure timely delivery of media assets and placements
- Monitor and manage media campaigns to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
- Support the negotiation of media rates and placements with vendors
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and assist in sourcing new opportunities
- Collect and analyze media performance data to provide insights and recommendations
- Prepare regular reports on media activities, including budget tracking and performance metrics
- Manage media schedules and trafficking of ads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field
- Strong interest in the media landscape and a desire to learn about media planning and buying
- UAE Family book is a must
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
