About the role
Responsibilities
- Craft creative concepts, program schedules, and transparent budgets
- Handle sourcing, stage/booth build-ups, AV, merch, and catering
- Secure permits, manage venues, and run seamless operations on event days
- Deliver post-event analytics, cost reconciliation, and final financial reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in diverse offline events
- Fluent English (B2/C1+)
- High proactivity and strong self-organization
- Stress resilience
