About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual event marketing plan including in-person client events and virtual webinars
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage logistics, budget, invitations, design, and vendor management
- Create compelling event messaging and content to drive attendance and follow-up action
- Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Oversee all event logistics, including agenda development, registration, and AV production setup
- Evaluate event success through metrics and feedback to inform future initiatives
- Create and maintain an event playbook for company-wide standardization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or event management
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant marketing and event management experience
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector strongly preferred
- Proficiency with event management software, Asana, and Salesforce
