About the role
Responsibilities
- Support event planning, coordination and on-site operations, including setup and breakdown
- Assist with event logistics, supplier coordination and resource management
- Support permit applications, approvals and event-related documentation
- Track project timelines, deadlines and outstanding tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with general administrative tasks, scheduling and record-keeping
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Interest in sports, events or project management
