About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage event timelines, checklists, and deliverables end-to-end
- Coordinate across internal teams including marketing, digital, PR, and country managers
- Run event planning and post-event analysis through AI-assisted workflows
- Generate audience engagement reports and performance summaries
- Document partner feedback and convert it into usable insights
- Update OKRs based on event outcomes
- Support PR initiatives and strategic giveaway planning
- Keep Global Partnership campaigns on deadline
Requirements
- Minimum two years in event management, project coordination, or a closely related role
- Clear communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI tools
- High level of accountability and ownership of outcomes
