Event Registration, Customer Service & Timing Intern (Unpaid)

Responsibilities

• Respond to participant enquiries and assist with registration updates and changes
• Support race pack collection and event-day check-in
• Coordinate with internal teams and external timing providers on start lists, timing chips and results
• Assist with resolving timing and results enquiries, escalating when needed
• Maintain accurate registration records and participant information
• Support post-event reporting, results follow-ups and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive approach with good problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable managing enquiries and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, participants and external providers
• Flexibility to support event-day operations when required
