Events Asset Protection Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and align event security strategies with the resort's enterprise risk management framework
• Translate corporate security objectives into actionable event-security plans
• Coordinate long-range event calendars with resort leadership to anticipate resource needs
• Design integrated event-security operating models for diverse venues including hotel, casino, and retail
• Lead property-wide scenario planning for high-impact events such as VIP visits and festivals
• Conduct event-specific risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies for crowd management
• Serve as the on-scene security lead during major events, coordinating real-time decision-making
• Build and lead a high-performing event-security team through training and coaching
• Manage event-security budgets and workforce planning for contract staffing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in security, risk management, event management, or a related field
• 5+ years planning and leading security for large-scale events at major venues or integrated resorts
• Demonstrated experience in risk assessments, staffing models, and crowd management strategies
• Experience working with law enforcement, emergency services, and VIP movements
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital planning tools
• Ability to support irregular hours and dynamic event demands

Preferred Qualifications

• ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
