About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, consult, personalize, arrange, and execute events for all event customers
- Oversee the total event service process, coordinating with Sales, Business Development, and relevant departments
- Execute entity events with seamless turnover from Business Development to Service Managers
- Ensure consistent high-level service through post-event follow-up
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in events within a luxury deluxe hotel
- Proven experience in the UAE/GCC local market
- High level of written and verbal business English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proven results in a selling role
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influence abilities
