About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with concept development, research and event formats
- Support proposals, presentations and mood boards for client briefs
- Research venues and suppliers and compare quotations
- Coordinate vendors, timelines and deliveries
- Maintain project schedules and event documentation
- Support event setup and on-site operations
- Assist with marketing materials, social media and promotion
- Compile post-event reports with attendance, engagement and feedback
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in events, marketing or communications
- Strong interest in events, brand activations and live experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel, and AI tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva or other creative tools
