Events Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for exhibitions, conferences, and live events
• Create marketing calendars, campaign frameworks, and budget allocations
• Oversee creative direction and content development across digital, print, and on-ground touchpoints
• Lead coordination with PR agencies, media partners, and creative design studios
• Develop and manage PR strategies, press releases, and media engagement plans
• Lead digital campaigns across social media, Google, and email marketing platforms
• Plan and manage visitor acquisition campaigns and strategic partnerships
• Oversee marketing presence and experience during live events

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing within Exhibitions, Events, or Experiential industries
• Proven experience in exhibition or event marketing (B2B & B2C)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in social media strategy, PR management, and campaign analytics tools
• Strong understanding of branding, creative communication, and digital media ecosystems
