About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing high-profile brand events, product launches, and masterclasses
- Adapt global event strategies to meet cultural and regional needs of the Middle East, Africa, and India
- Manage timelines and logistics to ensure quality and efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Education, Retail, Commercial) and external vendors
- Conduct post-event analysis and provide insights to improve ROI
- Prepare reports, strategy documents, and presentations for senior management
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or event management
- Proven track record of successful large-scale events
- Strong project management and budgeting skills
- Proficiency in event planning software
- Understanding of beauty industry trends and influencer landscape
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel
