About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute client orders on exchanges and OTC daily in a timely manner
- Adhere to the company's best execution policy
- Ensure order compliance with regulations and proper documentation
- Perform daily position reconciliation and risk limit adherence
- Communicate with clients and counterparties
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Proactively resolve trading issues with various teams
- Generate trade ideas based on available products
- Develop positive relationships within the investment industry
Requirements
- Degree in economics, finance, or mathematics
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English
- Understanding of asset valuation principles
- Knowledge of stock, bond, and derivative price factors
- Familiarity with technical and fundamental securities analysis
- Commitment to ethical standards in financial markets
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Bloomberg terminal
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai
