Responsibilities

• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date and credits/collections are applied
• Perform daily cash management duties including recording bank deposits and updating cash receipt logs
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail
• Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R for management review
• Support accounting, finance, inventory management, and cost accounting teams
• Prepare reports for AR aging, AR analysis, and presentations for reviews
• Communicate discrepancies to management and identify slow-paying customers
• Strengthen client relationships through professional communication regarding past-due accounts

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Experience in accounts receivable and financial reconciliation
• Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
• Proficiency in preparing financial reports and analytical presentations
