Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide complete secretarial and administrative service to the SVP to facilitate smooth functioning of the department
• Observe confidentiality procedures and track accountable documentation
• Provide effective diary, calendar, and time management support
• Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and record minutes
• Provide personal assistance and correspondence support
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Coordinate travel, events, visiting delegations, visas, and logistics

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 8 years in a similar Executive Assistant or Executive Secretary role with increasing managerial responsibilities
