Executive Assistant - Investment Management (Emirati Talent only)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and coordinate department requirements efficiently
• Follow up on department action plans and minutes of meetings (MoM)
• Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems
• Schedule appointments, prepare agendas, and coordinate meeting arrangements
• Draft official correspondence and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations
• Coordinate travel bookings, visa applications, and expense claims
• Manage telephone calls, visitors, and internal stakeholder communications
• Process contracts, approval documents, and invoices via ERP systems
• Monitor team attendance and vacation planning

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National
• Practical-level command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and organizational methods
• Understanding of corporate policies and procedures
