About the role
Responsibilities
- Own management and execution of business, personal and home maintenance tasks
- Maintain inventory of critical path projects and business development activities
- Act as project manager for special projects at the founders' request
- Prepare executive expense reports and reconcile executive charge card
- Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, appointments and calendaring
- Plan and manage CEO-specific internal and external events
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year supporting a CEO or founder
- Expert Google Sheets and Excel skills
- Strong editing, grammar and report writing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Handles confidential information with discretion
- Works independently and accepts direction
