Executive Chef at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre

Responsibilities

• Develop the Culinary and Stewarding business plan and manage budgets to support commercial goals
• Partner with F&D Operations to create attractive concepts, menus, and promotions
• Deliver high-quality, well-presented food while supporting sustainability goals
• Lead, develop, and inspire the Culinary and Stewarding teams
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain high- quality of produce and equipment
• Review and act on guest feedback to improve loyalty and services

Requirements

• Current or previous experience as Executive Chef
• Solid experience with luxury hotel brands
• Strong commercial focus and ability to deliver business results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Guest-focused mindset with high standards of food production and hygiene
• Proficiency in F&D systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Forbes Standards
• Relevant culinary qualifications and educational background
• Previous experience in the UAE
• Experience leading Michelin Guide award-winning restaurants
