Executive Director, Corporate Banking - Dubai & NE

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage large account portfolios and sensitive client relationships
• Originate new business opportunities and develop term sheets and information memorandums
• Conduct financial and market analysis to identify opportunities and risks
• Manage credit, market, and operational risk aspects of transactions
• Maintain high client satisfaction and NPS scores
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members to ensure career growth
• Ensure compliance with KYC and AML policies and regulatory requirements
• Drive day-to-day administrative and transactional activities for the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in Banking
• 8+ years in a senior team management role
• Deep knowledge of Wholesale Banking or investment banking
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
