Executive Director, Corporate Banking Dubai & NE

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage large account portfolios and sensitive client relationships in the corporate banking segment
• Conduct financial analysis on clients, geographies, and industries to identify opportunities and risks
• Originate new business opportunities and develop Term Sheets and Information Memorandums
• Maintain credit quality of the portfolio and ensure high returns with satisfactory yields
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in other banks
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members to ensure career growth and high performance
• Collaborate with other business divisions and international banking to drive cross-BU collaboration
• Manage KYC and compliance requirements in line with Bank policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in Banking
• 8+ years of experience in a senior team management role
• Deep knowledge of Wholesale Banking or Investment Banking
• Strong financial and credit analysis ability
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
