Executive Director, FX & Rates Trading

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage emerging market (non-GCC/G10) FX and rates activities
• Oversee structuring and execution of transactions and conduct risk and investment return analysis
• Deliver business strategy and leverage customer flow to meet budget targets
• Expand product offerings and implement systematic and procedural improvements
• Provide pricing to facilitate customer business and collaborate with Sales colleagues
• Work with quant teams to refine pricing and valuation curves
• Lead and mentor junior staff members
• Ensure compliance with risk and counterparty limits and internal/external regulations
• Cultivate relationships with counterparties, brokers, and market participants

Requirements

• Minimum degree in Accounting, Economics, Banking, or Financial Management
• Minimum of 8 years relevant markets experience in similar positions
• Strong understanding of global markets products
• Proven track record in managing risk and delivering financial performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including VBA/Macro development
• Experience as a Bloomberg user
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
