About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute enterprise CRM strategy across Gaming, Hotel, Sales, and ancillary revenue channels
- Define and govern CRM contact strategies to ensure personalization and brand alignment
- Oversee the long-term CRM and marketing technology roadmap, including Salesforce and CDP platforms
- Manage data governance, database integrity, and standardization of customer metrics
- Partner with Marketing Analytics to design, test, and measure CRM use cases and attribution models
- Drive CRM tool adoption and implement training programs across business units
- Lead and mentor CRM and marketing technology teams and manage agency partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in CRM, Gaming Marketing, or Marketing Technology leadership
- 5+ years leading CRM implementation in gaming, hospitality, or integrated resort environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Teradata
- Experience managing Salesforce, CDP platforms, and marketing automation ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of gaming marketing strategy and reinvestment modeling
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-property implementations
About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will feature 1,530 rooms, multiple restaurants, a theater, a beach club, and a five-star spa.
