Executive Director, Government & Public Sector

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client business for the Investment Banking Government & Public Sector portfolio
• Develop team strategy and business plans to increase Bank share of target clients' wallet
• Manage P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio within defined budget levels
• Originate new business opportunities and execute Term Sheets, Information Memorandums, and financial modelling
• Examine and resolve credit, market, and operational risk aspects of transactions
• Maintain credit quality and ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and increase cross-sell ratios with key clients
• Manage KYC and compliance requirements in accordance with AML policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in Investment Banking
• Strong data analysis and financial modelling skills
• Proficiency in banking software systems and computer applications
• Expertise in credit analysis and research
• Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
