About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and lead strategy for long-term delivery of working capital for cash and trade clients
- Identify and develop cash and trade business opportunities across UAE industries
- Manage a portfolio of clients and drive cash and trade sales and revenue targets
- Structure cash and trade deals, respond to RFPs and provide technical expertise to relationship managers
- Manage fraud and compliance risks in cash and trade solutions
- Drive digital channel adoption and CASA growth
- Build pipeline with coverage teams and maintain stakeholder relationships across the network
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or equivalent
- 10+ years transaction banking experience in cash management, payments, liquidity and trade finance
- Track record of originating new clients and driving revenues
- Strong knowledge of core and value-added trade finance and cash management products
- Strong leadership, negotiation and client presentation skills
- Familiarity with UAE financial regulation
