About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and refresh sales strategy for the SWF portfolio
- Identify and develop GTx business opportunities across industries in the UAE
- Lead a team managing a portfolio of clients for Cash and Trade products
- Structure Cash and Trade deals, respond to RFPs and provide technical expertise to relationship managers
- Manage fraud and compliance risks in Cash and Trade solutions
- Drive digital channel adoption and CASA growth
- Partner with coverage teams on credit proposals and Key Account Plans
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or equivalent
- 12+ years Transaction Banking experience in Cash Management, Payments, Liquidity and Trade Finance
- Experience in origination, client relationship development and team management
- Strong client network and track record of revenue growth
- Strong leadership, negotiation and client presentation skills
- Understanding of UAE financial regulation
