Executive Director & Head of Investment Advisory

Responsibilities

• Manage Investment Advisory teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, attracting and retaining top talent
• Act as a player/coach managing a portfolio of key clients and supporting team members in building portfolios aligned with house views and risk profiles
• Provide complex cross-asset class active Investment Advisory services to Private Banking and Key Client Group segments
• Generate investment ideas tailored to market trends and customer profiles
• Partner with coverage teams to acquire and retain new IA mandates and pitch services to select clients
• Maintain Focus Lists on equities, fixed income, and managed investments
• Ensure portfolios are tailored to client risk profiles and adhere to local regulations and international standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a similar financial environment
• Deep understanding of global economy, capital markets, and asset allocation
• Proficiency in equity and fixed income analysis and portfolio construction
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance; Master's Degree or industry qualification preferred
• CPA/CFA or equivalent certification is an advantage
