About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead development of commercial strategy and plans for follow-on indications
- Lead commercial opportunity assessments for new product opportunities
- Serve as commercial lead in cross-functional project teams
- Drive market development tactics including KOL engagement and market research
- Manage the New Product Planning team and budget
Requirements
- BA/BS required
- 15+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical organization
- Marketing, new product planning, market access and pricing experience
- Executive leadership influence across functions
- Exceptional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other relevant graduate degree
