Executive Director, Structured Credit Investment

Responsibilities

• Construct and actively manage portfolios of private ABS, including SME lending, consumer finance, and fintech-originated receivables
• Originate and execute forward-flow transactions with fintech platforms and specialty finance companies
• Develop and oversee warehouse, prefunding, and term securitization structures
• Design robust investment frameworks ensuring compliance with internal risk appetite and regulatory constraints
• Implement risk monitoring, performance analytics, and P&L attribution frameworks
• Apply advanced modelling including cash-flow modelling, stress testing, and scenario analysis
• Identify new asset classes such as BNPL, merchant cash advance, and digital SME lending
• Build end-to-end investment and risk infrastructure including credit, legal, and operational components
• Collaborate with internal teams on capital efficiency, liquidity management, and accounting

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in structured credit, private ABS, or specialty finance
• Proven track record in managing portfolios and launching new mandates
• Advanced structuring and modelling skills (cash-flow models, stress tests, waterfall analysis)
• Experience in Alternative Asset Managers, Investment Banks, or Specialty Finance Platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
