About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead community engagement campaigns and experiential event operations
- Source, engage, and onboard target demographics and educational institutions
- Facilitate and host interactive workshops and presentations
- Manage client communications and project updates
- Coordinate with external vendors, production houses, and event suppliers
- Conduct site inspections and manage event logistics
- Track project budgets and maintain financial records
- Prepare project status updates and post-event summaries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or Business Administration
- 2-4 years of experience in agency account coordination or event operations
- Strong presentation and group facilitation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa and medical insurance
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing school programs or CSR campaigns
- Familiarity with the UAE event landscape
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Interest in event technology and digital engagement tools
