Executive - Events, Experiential & Community (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Community outreach and program onboarding for target demographics and schools
• Facilitating and hosting interactive workshops and presentations
• Managing day-to-day communication and account management for corporate clients
• Coordinating on-ground event operations, site inspections, and vendor management
• Tracking project budgets and managing promotional merchandise logistics
• Preparing project status reports and operational timelines using MS PowerPoint and Excel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or Business Administration
• 2-4 years of experience in agency account coordination, event operations, or community management
• Exceptional corporate communication and presentation skills
• Competence in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle required
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa and medical insurance
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing school programs, youth activations, or CSR campaigns
• Familiarity with the UAE event landscape and public sector frameworks
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
