Executive- Finance Operations - 1year Contract

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations including supplier payments, receivables, reconciliations and banking
• Coordinate Letters of Credit including issuance, renewals, amendments and closures
• Liaise with suppliers, banks, buyers and finance teams on timely payments
• Monitor outstanding receivables, advances, credit notes and supplier settlements
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and management presentations
• Develop Excel-based financial models and Power BI reports
• Maintain financial controls and support internal and external audits
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 3-5 years in finance operations, trade finance, accounts payable or supply chain finance
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, pivot tables and financial modelling
• Strong Power BI reporting and visualization skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, MBA Finance or CIMA
• Retail, fashion, FMCG or consumer goods experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
