Executive Host/Hostess - International Marketing

About the Company

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, offering luxury accommodations, dining, entertainment, and premium amenities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of high-value domestic gaming players
• Analyze guest gaming activity and theoretical performance to identify growth opportunities
• Proactively solicit and book incremental trips to increase visitation and gaming revenue
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned players to ensure personalized experiences
• Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication
• Coordinate guest participation in promotional campaigns and VIP experiences
• Maintain accurate player profiles in CRM systems
• Issue and manage discretionary comps in accordance with internal guidelines
• Collaborate with Gaming Operations, VIP Services, and Hotel Operations to deliver exceptional guest journeys

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in gaming hosting, player development, or luxury hospitality
• Strong understanding of gaming operations and metrics (ADT, theo, reinvestment)
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and manage high-value portfolios
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• High level of discretion and cultural awareness within the UAE market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
