Responsibilities

  • Build and grow your own recruitment business using the Keller Haldren infrastructure
  • Leverage brand power and global networks for cross-border placements
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently
  • Generate new business through existing industry networks and relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of successful placements and client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing client base or business pipeline
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L
