Responsibilities
- Build and grow your own recruitment business using the Keller Haldren infrastructure
- Leverage brand power and global networks for cross-border placements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently
- Generate new business through existing industry networks and relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
- Proven track record of successful placements and client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client base or business pipeline
- Specialization in high-demand sectors
- Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems
- Previous experience running a business or managing P&L
