Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing innovative, high-quality Indo-Persian menus
• Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation
• Lead, manage, and motivate the culinary team to achieve high performance
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fine dining kitchen
• Manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Monitor and control culinary costs to ensure budget adherence
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the culinary team

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Proven experience managing Michelin-star level restaurants
• Experience managing large teams and high-end culinary operations
• Ability to work with brand partners to create collaborative culinary experiences
