About the role
About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, offering 1,530 rooms, 22 restaurants, a theater, a beach club, and a five-star spa.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative, high-quality Southeast Asian menus
- Lead, manage, and motivate the culinary team to achieve high performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the fine dining kitchen
- Ensure highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and sanitation
- Manage inventory, supplies, and kitchen equipment maintenance
- Control culinary costs and manage budget adherence
- Implement measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with restaurant management to execute successful dining experiences
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within casual dining or luxury hospitality
- Proven experience managing Michelin-star level restaurants
- Experience managing large teams and high-end culinary operations
- Ability to work with brand partners on collaborative culinary experiences
