About the role
About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing innovative, high-quality menus
- Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation
- Lead, manage, and motivate the culinary team
- Conduct regular training sessions on best practices and safety protocols
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the fine dining kitchen
- Maintain and manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor and control costs related to culinary operations
- Implement measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Foster a culture of innovation within the culinary team
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Proven experience managing Michelin-star level restaurants
- Experience managing large teams and overseeing high-end culinary operations
- Ability to work with brand partners to create collaborative culinary experiences
