About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the direct supervisor by preparing requested documents
- Implement logistics and documentation for Board and committee meetings
- Prepare and maintain meeting materials including slide decks, trackers, and memos
- Amend, update, and finalize presentations and documents ahead of sessions
- Implement post-meeting follow-ups and documentation
- Ensure compliance with governance protocols and institutional bylaws
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives for audit readiness
- Coordinate with departments to gather input for briefing materials
- Perform ad-hoc activities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field
