Exhibition Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential sponsors, exhibitors, and industry partners across the dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and pharmaceutical sectors
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a key liaison
• Tailor sponsorship and exhibition packages to meet client marketing and branding goals
• Collaborate with marketing and conference teams to create proposals and sales decks
• Manage and update the sales pipeline, including forecasting and revenue tracking
• Participate in industry networking events and monitor market trends
• Work with leadership to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Provide input on partnership strategies and product offerings

Requirements

• 5 years of sales experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare event industry
• Proven ability to build long-term partnerships and close deals with senior stakeholders
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and consultative sales approach
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple accounts
• Experience ensuring end-to-end delivery of sponsor and exhibitor deliverables
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency
• French language proficiency
