About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative and analytical workflows for complex vendor deals
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for existing clients to identify growth opportunities and retention risks
- Provide data-driven support for RFPs, bids, vendor negotiations, and internal pricing analysis
- Prepare, clean, and organize customer spend data and utilization reports
- Identify gaps where customers are not maximizing programs or contracts
- Manage project coordination, documentation, and customer follow-up activities
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer success, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
- Proficiency in data organization, spend analysis, and reporting tools like Excel
- Ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder workflows and meet deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in client-facing roles with a proactive, service-first mindset
