About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement UX research, testing and design strategies
- Facilitate client workshops to build consensus and buy-in
- Define user personas, journey maps and experience flows from research
- Translate insights into wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes and design concepts
- Conduct service design workshops and orchestrate optimized experiences
- Draft measurement plans proving experience value pre and post launch
- Give visual design feedback and represent UX within and outside the organization
Requirements
- 6+ years as a UX designer or professional at an agency
- Expertise in UX design, research and testing deliverables
- Figma proficiency
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with clients
- Ability to lead projects and manage several at once
- Working knowledge of accessibility principles and guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS
- Experience with healthcare organizations and B2B
