Experienced CRE Appraisers (nationwide)

Responsibilities

• Independently produce appraisal reports from start to finish across multiple commercial real estate asset types
• Research macro and micro trends within the commercial real estate industry
• Inspect properties of all asset types
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and other market participants
• Collaborate with the in-house development team to improve valuation technology
• Manage client communication and collect market data

Requirements

• At least 7 years of appraisal experience
• Minimum of 3 years independently producing appraisal reports for review
• State licensure (Certified General Appraiser); MAI designation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical abilities and customer service focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
