About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage business immigration cases from intake through filing and follow-up, focusing on O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions
- Conduct client intake, screening, and documentation collection
- Prepare and complete USCIS forms and supporting documentation
- Assist attorneys in developing petition strategies and organizing evidence
- Conduct legal and factual research related to business immigration
- Draft, edit, and proofread petition letters, legal briefs, and support letters
- Review client evidence and identify missing or inconsistent information
- Communicate directly with clients and provide timely updates
- Maintain accurate client files and case management systems
- Coordinate multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring quality and accuracy
- Monitor case progress and USCIS developments
- Collaborate with attorneys and other members of the firm's remote team
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. business immigration
- Demonstrated experience preparing O-1, EB-1A, and/or EB-2 NIW petitions
- Previous experience working in a U..S. immigration law firm strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of USCIS procedures, forms, and filing requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Spanish language skills are a strong advantage
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, international team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management systems
