About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facilities management operations at the Center of Excellence
- Coordinate preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance activities
- Monitor facilities service providers and contractors against service levels
- Oversee general services, hospitality, parking and visitor management
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, courier services and space utilization
- Drive customer experience and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline
- Fresh graduate or 1-3 years of facilities or administration experience
- UAE National only
