About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and review applications to verify eligibility in accordance with established criteria and regulations
- Verify completeness of application data and required supporting documents
- Notify applicants of any missing information or documentation
- Monitor application status and communicate with beneficiaries to respond to inquiries
- Prepare periodic performance indicators and reports including acceptance rates and processing times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Customer Service, or a related field preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Happiness Centers, government service centers, or application processing
- Experience handling customer applications, reviewing documents, and verifying eligibility
- Strong understanding of government service processes and customer journey management
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Immediate availability to join preferred
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-4 years experience in customer service or application processing
- Experience in document verification and eligibility checking
- Fluency in Arabic and English
