F&B Attendant

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide attentive and personalized service according to Fairmont standards
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar team
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring correct presentation and guest satisfaction
• Assist guests with menu selections, promotions, and product recommendations
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverage offerings
• Ensure tables, service areas, and outlets are clean, organized, and properly set up
• Perform table clearing, resetting, and side station preparation
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures
• Support banquet, events, and other F&B operations when required
• Follow cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of guest checks

Requirements

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team
